Varghese P. George is a Principal at Explico. He also served as Associate Professor at the College of Management at the University of Massachusetts Boston. He has two Masters Degrees, in Management and Nuclear Engineering, and a Ph.D. degree in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His principal area of research is about managing technological innovation. He is interested in strategies for managing external relationships, and in issues related to trust, power, and flow of knowledge.
