A manual business process prone to errors, lacking visibility and controls. The process did not meet regulatory requirements, was organizationally misaligned and lacking management controls. Thjs was an organization in need of heavy change management. Lack of integration between ERPs and business suites hindered reporting needs.


We deployed six sigma tools to document and analyze work process. Developed target operating model and technical roadmaps to support it. Developed a program with charters and contract, financials, and technical scopes at each project level. Proceeded to requirements and To-Be process design. Implemented each project while managing the cross-project interactions and meeting client’s PMO requirements and business goals.


The organization has a fully auditable system-based work processes with management controls. Digitization eliminated errors and cycle times while delivering efficiencies and 3,000% ROI. Allowed for reorganization and move of operations to lower cost geography. Remediated regulatory issues and reporting needs with new integrations across global platforms.
